RPM-archives and install instructions for non-linux platforms

Please be sure ONLY to install the RPMs which are exactly for your platform. If there is not yet your linux distribution listed here, then I would be thankful when you create that RPM for me.
Please send only RPMs you tested thoroughly - You may have adapt the spec-file - This is only for experienced developers.

Currently available archives/information for X-CD-Roast 0.98alpha8:

Redhat 7:

Note: Because Redhat 7 already includes X-CD-Roast 0.98alpha6 you don't have to install any cdrecord-packages yourself. Its all already there. Just download the binary RPM and update the pre-installed version of X-CD-Roast.
(e.g. rpm -U xcdroast-0.98alpha8-1.i386.rh7.rpm)

Binaries for i386:

Redhat 6.2:

Note: You have to install all the binary-RPMs for X-CD-Roast. Please install the cdrecord/cdda2wav/mkisofs-RPMs first, and last X-CD-Roast. Otherwise it won't work.

Use these source-RPMs as base when you create binary-RPMs for your linux-distribution.

Suse 7.x:

Note: You have to install all the cdrecord-1.9 RPMs before you can install X-CD-Roast. If you have any older (or newer) cdrecord version installed you may have to do a "rpm -U --force cdrecord-1.9-2.i386.rpm cdda2wav-1.9-2.i386.rpm mkisofs-1.9-2.i386.rpm" to succeed.
When cdrecord is installed you can install X-CD-Roast. If you have an older version installed, be sure to make a RPM-update. (e.g. "rpm -U xcdroast-0.98alpha8-1.i386.suse7.rpm")
